Job Description For PepsiCo Jobs 2021 :

• Manage 3rd Party Customers, ensuring credits and invoices are processed within established timeframes
• Process Customer Master Data and Pricing requests in SAP, ensuring conformance to established data quality standards and service level agreements
• Execute monthly run change requests from the Field Sales team
• Maintain customer contracts central repository, ensuring consistency between master documents and SAP masterdata and performing updates as required
• Process new account requests within 48 hrs, ensuring credit applications are complete and accurate and ABNs are fully verified
• Run SAP pricing and other customer masterdata reports, leveraging the information to identify quality issues and support quarterly data clean-up activities
• Provide annual training to ANZ Commercial team on Customer Master Data requirements including hierarchies, pricing and rebates/discounts
• Maintain SOP documentation for all masterdata and 3rd Party Customer processes
• Support GBS controls framework, ensuring test scripts are up-to-date and executed as required
